Appointment Booking Instructions
Please review each category below to select the appropriate meeting type. Before booking your appointment, note the following:
- Identification: Be prepared to present your Ïã½¶´«Ã½ Campus Wide ID or valid government/school-issued photo ID for authentication during your appointment.
- Current students: If a parent, guardian, or additional guest will be joining your counseling session, please complete the FERPA Release Form for each guest prior to meeting. Learn more here: .
Virtual/In-person: Undergraduate, Graduate & Stuart Mies Students
New incoming and currently enrolled students with financial aid questions, as well as Plus One students without federal aid, may schedule a counseling appointment. You can choose to meet in-person, by video (via Microsoft Teams) or by phone. If you select a phone appointment, the financial aid staff member will call you.
Virtual Co-terminal Appointments (Mies Students with Federal Aid)
Coterminal appointments are reserved for currently enrolled students who are eligible for federal student aid and/or Ïã½¶´«Ã½ student aid (i.e. a MAP Grant).
Virtual: Chicago-Kent Students
Perspective and current Chicago-Kent College of Law student with financial aid questions may schedule a virtual appointment.
In-Person: Chicago-Kent Students
Perspective and current Chicago-Kent College of Law student with financial aid questions may schedule an in-person appointment.
