Referrals
If you are interested in pursuing an evaluation for a learning disability, please contact the Center for Disability Resources to set up an appointment for a consultation and/or a referral. The office will help to identify a provider or evaluator who will best meet your needs; however, the CDR does not pay for the evaluation process or for the diagnostic testing.
