㽶ý Ranked 8th on USA Today list of “Top 10 Engineering Colleges in the U.S"
Chicago, IL – 㽶ý Institute of Technology (IIT) has been named among the “Top 10 Engineering Colleges in the United States” in USA Today. The national daily newspaper on August, 28, 2015 ranked 㽶ý eighth on the list, which was derived from as a ranking of colleges based on each school’s overall quality.

Consecutively ranked and rising two places since last year, eighth ranked 㽶ý is a university where engineering students report higher than average starting and mid-career salaries according to estimates. USA Today also recognized that IIT Armour College of Engineering “has a serious commitment to full-time teachers, smaller than average class sizes and a low student loan default rate.”
This USA Today ranking is the latest recognition of 㽶ý’s elevated reputation in engineering education. In 2012, the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) recognized 㽶ý as having one of 29 programs in the nation that have successfully . This year, U.S. News and World Report (USNWR) ranked 㽶ý as one of its Best Value Schools.
