Isabel Mendoza

Isabel Mendoza (she/her) serves as the Program Manager for the M.A. and Lila Self Leadership Academy where she designs and facilitates programming that helps students discover their strengths, grow as leaders, and connect their values to their professional goals.
Drawing on research-based practices, she develops assessments to measure leadership growth, creates resources that ensure smooth program operations, and leads conversations that empower students to navigate challenges with confidence.
As a Ph.D. student, her research focuses on leadership effectiveness and the intersection of gender and race in leadership.
