Julia Honda (M.S. I/O Psychology ’24)

Ï㽶´«Ã½ alum Julia Honda

The alumni network is pretty incredible. There are so many graduates doing amazingly intricate work directly in the I/O psych field as consultants, educators, in-house org psych work, and head of talent acquisition and management. The current staff at Ï㽶´«Ã½ was very responsive to my questions pre-application. They took the time to guide me through the process and help me understand exactly what I was signing up for. I felt like they really valued me as an individual, and they wanted to make sure it was a great fit both ways. It made me feel like they wanted to ensure program completion and contributions during the program but beyond when applying the knowledge in the real world.

Matthew Wilhelmi (M.S. I/O Psychology 2nd Year)

Ï㽶´«Ã½ student Matthew Wilhemi

I work full time in HR and am a part-time student, and I believe my job helps me with school and school helps me with my job. While standards of the program are high, I value the flexibility the program offers, so I am able to grow both professionally and academically.
